GLOBAL CHESS LEAGUE
The Global Chess League is an innovative new mixed team-based league. Season 1 of the league took place last year in Dubai, UAE, and featured top male and female chess players such as Magnus Carlsen, Viswanathan Anand, Levon Aronian, Hou Yifan, and many others.
The league has a unique format where six teams, each consisting of six players, compete against each other. In each match, all six players compete against the opposing six players simultaneously, adding excitement and intensity to the games.
